Welcome to Elkins, West Virginia. We have many rental units in Randolph County. We have been in the rental housing business since 1970. Seneca Realty Co. owns apartments, houses, townhomes, storage and commercial spaces. We have something for everyone from low income housing to upscale townhomes.
We are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. You can stop in our office to view units in person. Our full time maintenance crew is available until 4pm Monday-Friday and on call for rental emergencies.
Application with $30 fee per adult is required to check credit and background. Security deposits are same amount as rent. We do pro-rate monthly rent if moving in after first of month. If you have any questions, call or email us, or stop by our office.
